Warranty Terms
Warranty Coverage Scope
Warranty coverage is valid from 6 months up to 2 years, or up to the mileage limit of the selected package (whichever comes first), and includes engine, gearbox, and electronics.
Coverage Exclusions
The warranty does not include consumables and chassis/suspension components.
Scheduled service and routine maintenance operations.
Consumables: spark plugs, brake discs, brake pads, ignition coils, all filter types, bulbs and lights.
Catalytic converters, exhaust silencers, sensors, and other parts with normal operating wear.
Bearings, control arms, cross members, and other mechanical parts subject to natural wear.
Chassis/suspension: shock absorbers, ball joints, axle shafts, sway bar links, and related components.
Damage caused by negligence or misuse
Accidents, abuse, racing, and off-road driving
Incorrect fuels, oils, or fluids
Vehicle modifications, servicing at unauthorized centers
Client Responsibilities
The vehicle must have a warranty booklet issued and stamped by Cars BG 11.
Every 10,000 km the vehicle must be inspected and serviced at Cars BG 11 service.
All repairs and replaced parts must be recorded in the service booklet and in the service database.
Warranty Claim Procedures

Notification
Contact us immediately when a problem is detected.
2.
Service Intake
The vehicle is admitted to the service center for diagnostics and claim initiation.
3.
Inspection
Our team performs a technical inspection and documents the case.
4.
Repair
After approval, we perform the repair on schedule with no charge for parts or labor.
5.
Towing
If roadside failure occurs, we arrange transport to the service center after prior confirmation.
6.
Replacement Vehicle
For repairs lasting more than 48 hours and an active package of at least 1 year, we provide a replacement vehicle.
