Coverage
All vehicles purchased from Cars BG 11 can be covered with a warranty package of your choice. The 3-month base package is free for showroom vehicles unless an explicit waiver is stated in the purchase contract.

Coverage period: from 6 months up to 2 years or up to the mileage limit of the selected package, whichever comes first.
Warranty Coverage Scope
The warranty covers critical functional issues in the engine, gearbox, and electronics that may leave the vehicle stranded. Once a warranty claim is approved, the repair is performed with no charge for parts or labor.
For packages with a minimum 1-year term, we provide a replacement vehicle and customer-address pickup/return up to two times per year within Sofia (for oil service or technical issues).
Coverage Exclusions
The warranty does not include consumables and chassis/suspension components.
Scheduled service and routine maintenance operations.
Consumables: spark plugs, brake discs, brake pads, ignition coils, all filter types, bulbs and lights.
Catalytic converters, exhaust silencers, sensors, and other parts with normal operating wear.
Bearings, control arms, cross members, and other mechanical parts subject to natural wear.
Chassis/suspension: shock absorbers, ball joints, axle shafts, sway bar links, and related components.
Client Responsibilities
The vehicle must have a warranty booklet issued and stamped by Cars BG 11.
Every 10,000 km the vehicle must be inspected and serviced at Cars BG 11 service.
All repairs and replaced parts must be recorded in the service booklet and in the service database.
CLUB CARSBG 11
Membership price: €500 incl. VAT per year
Anyone can join our club, whether the vehicle was bought from us, from another seller, or self-imported from South Korea, including passenger cars and SUVs regardless of fuel type.
Our goal is to provide peace of mind for maintaining your Korean vehicle – with original parts and a professional team you can rely on.
Regardless of where the car came from, we perform a full technical inspection, verify real mileage and condition, then complete full servicing in our workshop. Requirements: vehicle no older than 2020 and real mileage up to 150,000 km.
With membership you receive an SBA member card that includes:

Discounts at OMV and LUKOIL, at the auto parts store www.korea.eu, and at CarsBG 11 service center. After the free 24-hour period, replacement vehicle use is charged by the rates at www.rentauto.bg.
