What we process and why
When you make an inquiry, we process your name, email address, message and selected vehicle to reply and take steps before entering into a contract. Limited technical logs are processed to secure the site, prevent misuse and provide a reliable service on the basis of legitimate interests.
Essential technologies remember language, theme, secure sessions and cookie choices. If you consent, PostHog measures use of the site, while Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API measure advertising conversions. Consent is never required to access the site or submit an inquiry.
02 · Control
Retention and your rights
Inquiry data is kept until the communication is complete and afterwards only as required for contractual, accounting or legal obligations. Security logs are kept for a limited period appropriate to their purpose. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent without disadvantage. Contact info@carsbg11.com. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg.

Recipients and transfers
Only service providers needed to operate the site receive data: Vercel for hosting, Convex for application data, Amazon SES for email, PostHog for analytics and Meta for marketing measurement where consent is given. Text submitted to the AI assistant may be processed by the AI service provider. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, an applicable transfer mechanism is used, including an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
04 · Consent
Optional technologies are off by default. PostHog may retain analytics identifiers for up to 12 months; Meta may set _fbp and _fbc for up to 90 days. CarsBG11 stores your choice locally until you change it. You can reject or separately select Analytics and Marketing at any time through Cookie settings.
